We wanted to provide a brief update regarding the Shared Loan Lock feature available in Encompass.
Our plugin is not yet fully compatible with the Shared Loan Lock feature. Out of an abundance of caution, our third-party LOS provider has also paused any new enablement of this feature while they work through a patch, currently targeted for mid-April.
What this means for you:
- If you do not currently have Shared Loan Lock enabled, no action is needed at this time. Enablement will resume once the patch is in place.
- If you currently have Shared Loan Lock enabled and are experiencing issues, please contact your Encompass provider directly to request it be disabled.
- If it is enabled and working for you, no action is required.
We are actively working on a plugin update and will communicate an ETA for resolution once it is finalized. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated as this progresses.
