Description:
Error message appears when trying to view credit report on mobile.
Steps to resolve:
If you choose not to click the "Create" option to make your pin right then, then you can follow the following steps at another time.
Note: This passcode will not stay after logging out of the app. You will need to recreate it each time you login to the app.
Mobile:
- In the mobile app, tap the account option in the bottom right of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and select "settings"
- Tap the toggle to the right of the Passcode option
- Enter a passcode consisting of 4 numbers.
- Enter the passcode again to confirm and save.
- Loan Officer should now be able to view the Credit Reports on mobile with their new passcode.
Solution:
Credit scores will always display on the mobile app. In order to view the whole report, an additional layer of security is needed, setting up a passcode.
