Description:
Error message appears when trying to view credit report on mobile.
Steps to resolve:
Follow the below steps on your personal device. If issues still persist support may be required to check additional company settings.
Mobile:
- In the mobile app, tap the menu in the top left-hand corner.
- Tap the Settings tab.
- Tap the Enable Passcode button.
- Enter a passcode consisting of 4 numbers.
- Enter the passcode again to confirm and save.
- Loan Officer should now be able to view the Credit Reports on mobile with their new passcode.
- Note-If you sign out of the app the Credit Passcode does not persist, and you will need to set it up again.
Solution:
Credit scores will always display on the mobile app. In order to view the whole report, an additional layer of security is needed, setting up a passcode.
