This is a how to guide for users to switch between loan files/applications on web and mobile.
Steps to resolve:
Follow the below instructions to navigate between multiple loan files. Please be sure you have logged in with the correct credentials and selected the correct loan officer.
Note: There is a setting that allows borrowers to see all loans within a company, without having to log in and out to choose different loan officers. Please have a Company Admin reach out to support for the feature "Allow Borrower To See Loans With Multiple Los"
Web:
- In the upper left-hand corner, click All loans to be brought to all loan files and applications that your account is linked to under your Loan Officer.
- Click on the loan file you would like to view.
a. Use the address, start date, or Loan ending in XXXX to select the correct file.
b. You can start an entirely new application by clicking Start a new application.
- You will be brought to the loan file where you can now complete tasks, upload documents, view your loan progress, and more.
Mobile:
- In the upper left-hand corner, tap the three lines to open the Side Menu.
- Your Loans will display in a list.

Tap on the loan file you would like to view.
a. Use the address, start date, or Loan ending in XXXX to select the correct file.
b. You can start an entirely new application by tapping Start a new application.
- You will be brought to the loan file where you can now complete tasks, upload documents, view your loan progress, and more.
