This article describes the Mortgage Chat feature and how it appears for borrowers.
Web:

Log in to your account on a computer.

Click the Chat icon.
If you have an unread message, an orange dot appears over the icon -
Choosing a conversation shows a full history of the chat.

From within the individual conversation you can:
-Read and send new messages.
-Attach screenshots or documents.

You can click the down arrow at the top of a message thread to see a list of everyone in the chat or to mark all messages as read or unread.

Click the arrow to the left of Loan Team to return to the main chat screen.
Mobile:
- Sign in to the mortgage app.
- Tap the Chat menu icon.
- The first time you open the app, the disclaimer appears. Tap I understand to close the disclaimer.
