Description:
This article explains how an app user (borrower) can start a new loan application on mobile and web.
Steps to resolve:
An app user (borrower) can start a new application directly through the mobile app or web portal.
Starting a new loan application will not delete any other loan files or applications they are connected to.
Web:
- When logged in, select "All loans" from the upper left corner.
- Select "Start new loan application."
- OR from the top right profile menu select "New Application."
- Select the checkbox for "Yes, I want to apply for a new loan" and select "Start application."

Mobile:
- Open the app and click on the three lines in the left-hand corner.
- Select " Start a New Loan Application."
- Select the check box for "Yes, I want to apply for a new loan" and select "Start Application."

Solution:
Applications not yet imported can be edited. Please consult your loan officer if you simply need to edit a current application or to be sure a new application is what is needed.
