Description:
Loan officers and Admins can remove partner accounts.
Steps to resolve:
Follow the steps below from the web version of nCino Mortgage.
Deleting From Loan Officer Contacts:
- Go to contacts > partners.
- Select the partner wanted and expand their account info.
- On the bottom right choose delete partner.
- A message will display with warnings related to the action. Then hit delete partner.
Company Admin Deleting From Users and Roles:
This is the same deletion process as done for borrower accounts as described here.
- Navigate to Users & Roles page and the Partners tab.
- Deactivate the partner.
- Filter by "Inactive" status
- Click Delete partner from the three dot menu.
Solution:
Partner accounts may need removed if you are no longer working with that partner. If the partner is going to be working with a different loan officer within the company, a company admin can transfer the account.
