Partner Signup Flow

This article will walk through how a partner creates an account after being invited by a Loan officer.

Steps to resolve:

To complete the creation of a partner account, the loan officer must first INVITE the partner, a partner can not create their account without a direct partner invite. Note: the email used to create the partner must be unique. You can not share emails between different user account types (example borrower & partner).

Web:

  1. Follow the email link from the loan officer invite on a computer.
  2. Enter the SAME email address as the invite was sent to.
  3. Complete verification.

  4. Enter name.
  5. Setup password.
  6. You are now logged into your partner account.

Mobile:

  1. Follow the email link from the loan officer invite from your mobile device.
  2. Enter the SAME email address as the invite was sent to.
  3. Complete verification.
  4. Enter name.
  5. Setup password.
  6. You are now logged into your partner account.

Note:

If you already have a partner account using the nCino platform, you may skip the password creation when setting up an account. The password is the same password used on other nCino hosted apps.
