Description:
This process describes how a Loan Officer or Admin can update partner account information.
Steps to resolve:
Partner information can be updated by their Loan Officer or an Admin from the Web portal. Partners cannot be edited from the app.
Web:
- Navigate to the partner's page by clicking on Contacts and then Partners on the loan officer's profile.
- Using the small search bar, search for the partner that you would like to edit, or just find them in the list.
- Click on the Partner to expand their profile.
- Scroll down a little if necessary and click on the edit icon in the box with their information.
- Edit the information needed and click Update Info.
