Using Verification Codes

Description:

This article will assist with using verification codes, also known as two-factor authentication (2FA)

Steps to resolve:

Follow the steps below to log in and out of your account using verification codes (2FA)

Logging out and back in on WEB: using 2FA

1. Enter email and password and hit 'Sign in'.
   
   
2. The first verification code will always be sent to your email.
   
   
   
3. Without closing the page you are logging into, get the code from email and enter it.
   *note if you exit the page the code needs added to, it will not work, you will need to request again.
   
   
   
4. The system will then confirm your phone number so future verification codes can be sent via text.
   
5. You are now logged in.
   
   
6. On future sign-ins you will now be able to choose email or text for future verification codes.
   
   

Logging out and back in on MOBILE APP: using 2FA

1. 'Sign in' on the mobile app with the email and password you created.
   
2. The first verification code will always be sent to your email.
   
3. Without closing the app you are logging into, get code from email and enter it.
   *note if you close the app where the code needs added, it will not work, you will need to request again.
              
4. The system will then confirm your phone number so future verification codes can be sent via text.
   
5. You are now logged in.
6. You can log out by going to 'Account'>'Settings'>'Log out'
   
7. On future sign-ins you will now be able to choose email or text for future verification codes.
