Description:
A Loan Officer or other user receives an error referencing invalid emails or a bad request when attempting to send disclosures via Encompass.
Steps to resolve:
The error occurs when text is placed into the "Additional Emails" box rather than the "Additional Message to Recipients" box.
Encompass:
- The "Additional Emails" box will only take valid email addresses. Any message text placed there will result in an error.

Remove the message text from the "Additional Emails" box and input it into the "Additional Message to Recipients" box instead.

The User should then retry sending the package.
Solution:
Invalid email errors when sending packages typically indicate text is in the wrong place on the recipient screen. Be sure emails are valid emails in the correct section, and messaging is in the message section.
