Description:
Retracting a package removes it from the nCino Mortgage file. Retracting a disclosure package is permanent and cannot be undone. Retracted disclosure packages cannot be retrieved.
Steps to resolve:
Here are common reasons packages are retracted:
- It was sent out in error.
- The package itself contains errors (wrong documents, assignments, etc.).
- An email address needs to be updated (and company does not wish to reset for compliance).
- The Loan Officer on the package has been changed.
Web:
- Find the Disclosure Package under the borrower's tasks or in the Package Tracker.
- Click on Track Disclosure Package.
- You will be taken to the Package Tracker. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the package details to bring up the menu.
- Click on "Retract Package".

The below menu will pop-up. Click "Retract Package".

A banner will appear confirming the package was retracted.

Before you retract a package, please remember that retracting a package is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Retracting is a permission setting that can be enabled for user types, but is typically allowed for Admin level users.
