Description:
The user is not getting the notification prompt to import the disclosure package.
Steps to resolve:
There are two possible reasons and resolutions to this issue:
1. Occasionally the communication between nCino and Encompass may slow, and a completed package may need "resent".
2. If a user who does not have full edit rights goes into the file, they will not see any notifications or disclosure pop ups to pull in the docs. For a user will full edit access, please have an Admin try the below.
nCino Mortgage:
- Go to the disclosure package tracker.
- If the button is available press to re-trigger the sending of the completed package.
- If the package already says "updates pending" see the steps below.
Encompass:

Have the admin go to the form in Encompass and open the debug panel. Do this by clicking on the red "Admin" button in the right corner of the form, and checking the box that says "Show Debug Panels" at the bottom on the plugin pop up.

Once the panel is open, scroll to the "Extra Fields" section and enter any value into the field CX.SIMPLENEXUS.DISCL.CHK, click the save icon and re-open the file, this should retrigger the import notification if one exists or is stuck.

Another thing to try is going to the Disclosure Tracking and opening the entry for the disclosure package, go to the "eDisclosure History" tab and try clicking the Fix/Re-Import button, this should also retrigger the disclosure package for import.
