Description:
The user is receiving an error saying "This Loan is Not Synced".
Steps to resolve:
This means that the company's auto-link did not apply to the loan.
Encompass:
- First link the loan so the user can proceed with their work. Do this manually in Encompass by going to form in Encompass and hitting "Link Loan" to manually link the file.
- Reasons for why a file did not auto-link can vary. The most common reason is the file is not in a folder that the plugin and/or auto-link is set up to connect to. The admin should check their auto-link settings in the plugin and see that the file matches all the criteria they have set for auto-link/tracking in the portal.
