Description:
User is receiving an error when trying to import app documents into Encompass that "Cloud Attachment was not created".
Steps to resolve:
This is related to the SkyDrive feature of Encompass, it may have stopped working briefly when the document was being imported.
Encompass:
- Close Encompass and try to import it again, if still not importing have the user wait a hour or two and try again
- If the user continues to receive the same error message, you will need to reach out to Encompass support and they should be able to assist further
