Description:
User is receiving an error message stating an error has occurred while retrieving "SimpleNexusPlugin2.dll" plugin. The plugin will not run during the Encompass session.
Steps to resolve:
This can often be resolved with a restart, or may take assistance from Admin or IT.
Encompass:
- Try restarting Encompass if you have not done so already, this will sometimes resolve the error without further work.
- If a restart of Encompass does not work, the user will need to run the RemoveUAC program in the Encompass installation folder on their computer, this will clear the plugin cache.
a. This should be done by an Encompass Admin or IT team member to ensure it is done correctly.
b. This should resolve the error, but if it does not you can have the user also check that the SimpleNexusPlugin2 file is still present on the computer.
