Encompass 'Out of Memory' Error

Sometimes an Encompass user will get this Error message when they are trying to perform a function in Encompass:

Steps to resolve:

Encompass requires a minimum of 12 GB of RAM to run ; the user may have too many other processes running on their computer or their computer does not have enough memory.

Web:

  1. Have the user try from another computer (same login) and it should work. 
  2. They will then want to work with their internal IT team on getting their memory increased on their device.
  3. Running out of memory can also result in this error from the disclosure tracker in nCino Mortgage, when sending a disclosure package:
