Certificate of Completion

Description:

A Certificate of Completion is an additional document that verifies that the borrower consented to sign the documents online. It also indicates how/when the borrower accessed and signed the package. The time seen on the certificate is Pacific time, as Docusign is located in the PST.

note: the IP address under the signature shows the borrowers IP when signing

Steps to resolve:

The Certificate of Completion should import to the Encompass eFolder. If it does not, please check the following. 

Web:

  1. Find the package from which you are needing the certificate of completion in the borrower's completed tasks which is found on the tasks tab.
  2. Click on the task to open the menu that will pull over from the right. On this menu, click "Track Package".
  3. Once in the package tracker, click on the documents tab and then Other.

     
  4. There is where you will find the Certificate of Completion. If you need to download it, click on the three dot menu and click "View".
  5. Then, click on the download icon at the top and choose how you would like to download the document.

Support Only:

This setting should only be enabled for companies that utilize an LOS other than Encompass.
