Description:
Previously when Loan officers used the Encompass plugin to send tasks, borrowers were being sent 1 notification per task. You could also not change the description of the task.
Steps to resolve:
Tasks requests from the plugin now deliver 1 notification, but can have multiple descriptions.
Improvement: in Plugin release 22.2.1: "Changed condition doc requests to request all selected documents in one request - one email to the Borrower instead of several"
Encompass:
- In the nCino Form in Encompass, you can access the request button to send a task request in the plugin.
1 Email is sent per request and multiple docs can be in that request.
a. If the description for ALL the docs is the same, then there will only be 1 description field.
- If the description is NOT the same for ALL the docs, then there will be 1 description per 1 doc.
