This article describes message templates that the loan officer can edit.
Steps to resolve:
Company message templates are many, and can be controlled at the company, region, branch level. Loan officers are only given a select number of message templates they can personally edit and can be controlled with an internal setting.

Loan Officer message templates:
- By Default there are a select few message templates that can be edited at the loan officer level.
- Note: If a loan officer changes their templates they are no longer on the company default and changes at the company level will not reflect. Messages can be restored to default as desired.
- The following setting is controlled by internal nCino Support only and controls the LO ability to edit the default LO message templates: Allow custom invitations
