Description:
Users can create task templates to automatically make document requests for borrowers.
These task templates can be dynamically requested based on borrower responses to the 1003, can be required on all loans, or can be available to add as a task on a specific loan basis. This is also the process for adding new options to the Document drop down menu on document requests for loans.
Settings:
Companies can choose to keep all tasks controlled at the company level, or allow customization.
These settings are controlled by internal nCino Mortgage super admins.
If customization is allowed at any level (region, Branch, loan officer) the task template page will display 'new task templates' in the top right corner.
If the corner says "customize" an Admin can select this button to allow custom templates at that level
If no option is seen, the company controls tasks templates at the company level. Any change would need to be made by an Admin at the company level.
Web:
1. This is how you get to task templates at the company level (similar for region/branch)
2. If the task says 'Default task' then the task will be requested on all your loans, once there is a loan number.
3. If the task says 'Inactive', the task will not automatically be requested of your borrower but you will be able to request the task manually from the loans page.
4. If the task has another condition shown it is set up to trigger based on the borrower response to the submitted application.
5. Tasks can be deleted, set as default, and made active/inactive
