Description:
Loan Officer Profiles can be edited from the "App Settings" section on the Web Platform. This includes updates like title, phone, picture, and more.
Steps to resolve:
Edits to a loan officer profile must be done on the Web Platform. If a loan officer does not have the ability to make the updates themselves they need to reach out to a Company Admin for these edits, as the company has chosen to limit this setting.
Web:
- Log into your account on the Web Platform.
- Select "App Settings" from the left navigation menu.
- Select the information you want to update.
- If you do not have the ability to make edits, please contact your Company Admin.
- Note: changes made here will reflect on the mobile app once refreshed.
