Description:
When attempting to download a document into Encompass, an error is being thrown that states "Cannot Download doc (document name): The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."
Solution:
Generally this error is thrown due to internal network security policies. Because this is caused by internal network security policies, this means that you will need to reach out to your internal networking team to see if they are able to locate where the error is being thrown. You may also attempt to pull the document into the file on a different network. This is not an nCino Mortgage error.
