From the Loan Officer's account tab, additional emails can be added to email notifications.
If a permission to change a notification is disabled, all users in the forward section of that notification will still get notified when the action for that notification is completed in nCino Mortgage. If users wish to no longer be forwarded this notification but you are unable to edit this yourself, please contact mortgage support or your customer success manager to modify the setting to enable users to edit this notification on your account.
Steps to resolve:
The 'Forward Emails' section can be used to forward notifications received by the loan officer to other users. This could be an assistant who does not have a 'Team member' account within nCino Mortgage.

The 'Forward Emails' section from the Loan officer account page will automatically forward a copy of that email notification to the person entered. This forward only does NOT work if the email entered belongs to a disabled account within nCino Mortgage.
