This feature consolidates individual Borrower Document Upload Notifications into a single hourly summary email containing all upload activity from that period. This reduces email volume and simplifies document tracking.
Steps to resolve:
Follow these steps to enable Batched Document Upload Notifications based on Loan Officer and Team Member user roles:
Web - Loan Officers:
- Navigate to your Account settings page.
- Locate the Batch Document Notifications section.
- Toggle the Batch Document Notifications setting to ON.
- In the email field that appears, add any additional team member email addresses who should receive the digest.
Web - Team Members:
- Go to Settings in the main navigation.
- Select Notifications from the menu.
- Find the Batch Document Notifications option in the list.
- Toggle the setting to ON to enable batched notifications.
Solution:
Once enabled, you will receive consolidated email notifications that include:
- A clear subject line showing "Document Upload Notifications" with the time period covered (e.g., "June 10th between 10:00 -11:00 AM")
- Organized sections for each loan with document activity
- Borrower names and loan numbers for easy identification
- Complete list of uploaded documents with timestamps
- A "View activity" button to access full details in the system
