The 3 dots under links to access the loan in nCino Mortgage are missing.
Steps to resolve:
Please check the following issues to resolve why a loan is not accessible in nCino Mortgage.
Web:
- In the LOS the loan officer is not assigned to the loan. Assign a loan officer to the loan in your LOS and resave the file for nCino Mortgage to get that update on the file.
- The loan officer's LOS user ID or email does not match what is set in nCino Mortgage. If these do not match, please update the loan file to match the loan officer's profile in nCino Mortgage to allow the loan to be linked to their account.
- The loan officer does not have an account in nCino Mortgage. All loans have to be linked to a loan officer in nCino Mortgage for them to appear. If the loan officer from your LOS does not have an account in nCino Mortgage, make an account for them and then resave the loan in your LOS for it to sync over to their account on the nCino Mortgage web platform.
Solution:
Once the loan has been updated and the needed change has been completed, then the link reappears and errors previously received trying to perform tasks such as disclosures should go away.
