This is an error that can be thrown when trying to log into the mobile app by any user. This typically pops up when a user is trying to log into the wrong brand app. Companies can have multiple mobile apps for specific regions, and names can be similar.
Steps to resolve:
If you are getting this error, then the company likely has multiple mobile apps for different Regions of the company. Be sure that you are logging into and accessing the correctly named app.
Options to find the correct app:
- Follow the original "invite" or welcome email.
- Go to an email notification from nCino Mortgage system. Most will have a link at the bottom to the app store or the play store for the correct app. Click that link to be taken directly to the app page to download the proper app.
- If there is not a download link on the email, follow any link that will take you to the login page for your portal. There should be a link at the bottom of the login page for the correct app.
- You can also try asking your Loan Officer or Company Admin to see if they have the name of the correct app for you.
Solution:
Once you have the correct app downloaded, you should not have any issue logging in to the system. If you continue to have issues logging in, either reset your password or reach out to support for additional assistance.
