How to Import a Loan Application Using MISMO 3.4

This article describes how an application file can be downloaded as a MISMO 3.4 and imported.

Steps to resolve:

Follow the below steps to save the MISMO file from nCino Mortgage. Uploading the file can vary by LOS system, only Encompass steps are offered here.

Web:

  1. From nCino Mortgage there are a few places the application file can be downloaded:
  2. The loan overview page

  3. From the app user page under contacts

Importing to LOS: Here are the steps to import for Encompass

  1. From the Pipeline Tab, click on Import
  2. Select Import File Source > ULAD / ILAD (MISMO3.4) and select the desired Loan Officer > Continue
  3. From the C:\ Drive, locate the Mismo file from Encompass
  4. Click on the file to be imported > select the desired Loan Folder and Loan Template > then select Import

Solution:

If you use a different LOS provider then shown here, please contact your company Admin for instructions on how to import the MISMO file to your system.
