This article explains how the partner tab functions on the loan overview page.
Please note Partner information, especially email, must match between the LOS and nCino or the link will not remain.
Web:
- The screenshot below shows what it looks like when there is no partner on the loan file. This means that there is no partner on the file contact in Encompass and the account was not created with a cobranded share link.
- Select add partner to manually add a partner to the loan.
- You can create and invite a new partner or select from an existing one.
- A partner is now linked to the loan, and you can now see other options from the 3 dot menu.
- If a Partner is on the File contact in Encompass but the Agent does not have an nCino account, you will see their information but not the 3 dot menu. This Agent also will not have access to this loan file, as they do not have an account with nCino.
- If you have a linked 'Buyer's Agent' any changes on the Member's tab will update the cobranded Partner on the app user page, and vice versa.
- 'Seller's Agents' are not cobranded to the app user. They must be added manually on the Member's tab or in the File Contact.
