Description:
Need to see what actions have been taken on a loan and who performed them? The loan details overview page has an activity log that displays actions and events that have taken place on a loan, who completed them, and when.
Steps to resolve:
Web:

Select a loan on the web dashboard.
The Activity log appears as a widget that shows:

A summary of the most recent actions on a loan
Who completed the action
A timestamp of when the actions took place
Links to any applicable PDF documents

- Click See all activity to view a complete history of actions for the loan.
- Use the search bar or filters to sort the tasks by Name and Email as needed.
Mobile:
Note: Mobile release version 24.1.0 or higher is required for both iOS and Android.
- Tap the Loans menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Select a loan.
- Scroll down the loan info screen and select the Activity log.
- The Activity log shows a list of the last actions for the loan, as well as search and filter options.
Solution:
The Activity Log provides a centralized view of all tracked events on a loan, helping teams coordinate better and follow up on specific tasks. Events tracked include:
- Letters (PreQual & Pre-approval)
- Task renamed/removed
- Document requests (W2, Paystubs, Drivers license, Tax returns, custom tasks/templates)
- One-off eSign documents
- Payment requests
- E-Consent requests (shows if requested from LOS or nCino Mortgage)
- Credit Authorization & Certification requests
- Loan application reminders and submissions (shows if submitted via mobile or web)
- Task reminders
- Document uploads (by LO, Team Member, or Borrower)
- Edited Loan Application (when LO makes changes on the LO 1003)
- Credit orders (Hard and Soft pull)
- Push notifications and welcome emails sent to Borrower
- App sharing
- VOA/VOIE orders (success with report link, or failure)
- Credit report received (with link) or failed (with reason)
- LOS import success or failure (with reason)
- Borrower account creation
- Borrower added/removed from loan file
- Document rejections (with rejection reason and link)
- Loan reassignment to another loan officer
- Changes to borrower info (name, email, phone, property address, loan type, purpose, purchase price, down payment)
- eSign completion tracking for all participants (borrower, co-borrower, third party, loan officer, etc.)
- Package details (Closing, Disclosure, One-off Document Packages)
The log also includes any tasks triggered by Encompass (who performed them and what occurred), as well as actions performed via the nCino Mortgage API.
