From the Account Page, Loan officers can control which notifications they receive. They can additionally forward notifications to specific email addresses, if desired.
Steps:
This process walks through how to access the notification settings. Notifications can only be edited from the Web. Note: it the checkbox option is no selectable, the setting is set to a default at the company level. Please see your Company Admin to discuss further. If no checkbox exists, that notification type is not available.
Web:
- From your dashboard, click on Settings on the left menu and then Account.
- This will bring you to the notification page where you can select and unselect desired notifications.
Summary:
Turning on and off notifications just requires changing the checkbox that corresponds to the notification type for each notification option. Some notifications may not be adjustable at the loan officer level.
