Description:
The Lead Gen Form is for prospects who may or may not be ready to start a loan application, that will gauge interest as well as provide crucial contact details of a potential borrower. The Lead Gen Form itself can be customized at the Company, Region, Branch and LO level.
Steps to resolve:
When sharing the app from the Share App page, Loan Officer Dashboard, or Contacts page, you can select to share the Lead Gen Form or Loan Application. Currently, the Lead Gen Form is only available on Web.

Share your LO link from the Share App page, Loan Officer Dashboard, or Contacts page.
Click 'Share lead gen form' from the Share App page.
Click 'Share' on the Loan Officer Dashboard.Click 'Share' on the Prospects tab of the Contacts page.
- Select Borrower, then 'Lead Gen Form'.
- From here you can select to Create a New Prospect or Just share the link.
If you select to Create a new prospect, you will be prompted to fill out Prospect information such as name, email, phone number, Partner and how you would like to share the invite. When finished, click 'Send Invite' to send the email and/or text notification to your prospective client. - The Prospect will receive a notification, where the 'Get Started' link will prompt them to fill out the Lead Gen Form in a Web Browser.
- This link will take them immediately into the questions set up in the Lead Gen Form.
- Once the Prospect has finished filling out the Lead Gen Form they will need to add their contact information to submit their responses to their Loan officer.
- After submitting their responses, they can create an App User account with the Loan officer and start a loan application. The 'Create an account' button will take the Prospect to the Loan officer's Share App link.
- The Loan officer can see the Prospect's responses on the Prospects tab of the Contacts page on their account by clicking the document symbol (
) under the 'Responses' column on the Prospects table.
- The Loan officer can Resend an Invite, Edit a Prospect or Delete a Prospect (as well as Lead Gen Responses) by clicking the three dots to the right of the Prospect.
- If a Prospect fills out the Lead Gen Form multiple times while using the same contact information (email and phone number), only the most recently submitted Lead Gen responses will show.
